We do our best to inform you as fully as possible about the seminars and webinars that we offer at TD SYNNEX Events. If you still have questions about our services or about one of our suppliers, you can always contact us. Below we help you on your way with answers to a number of frequently asked questions.

No, the registrations are personal and linked to an account. So anyone who wants to register must log in with their personal login details.

If a colleague of yours cannot help you, contact your sales person at TD SYNNEX or call +32 (0)2 583 83 11. You can also always find your TD SYNNEX customer number on an invoice from TD SYNNEX.

You can cancel your registration yourself via the TD SYNNEX Events website. To do this, go to the event for which you have registered and click on the ‘unsubscribe’ button. You will immediately see your changed status on the website and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you unsubscribe, this automatically means that the person at the top of the waiting list takes your place.

No problem, you can easily reset your password. Right click on the ‘log in’ page and then click on ‘forgot password’ under the login screen. Important: do not create a new account with a different e-mail address!

This means that an account is already registered with this e-mail address. You must therefore request a new password. You can do this under the login screen by clicking on ‘forgot password’.
